It's Finally Here

After months of building, rebuilding, and asking ourselves "wait, would we actually use this?" Openwell is going live. We're starting with 25 people from Metropport and a handful of folks who've been patiently waiting while we figured out how to make this thing actually work. Not a massive launch. Just real people helping us learn what matters.

What We Built

Openwell is what we wish existed when we needed it. A place where talking to a doctor doesn't require phone trees and three-week waits. Where your health information actually makes sense instead of sitting in some portal you logged into once. Where AI isn't trying to replace your doctor; it's just helping you understand what's going on with your body.

Two ways in, because people need different things: Some of you want to explore. Connect your devices. Ask questions. See patterns. Get recommendations that actually fit your life. Others just want to talk to a doctor. No runaround. No confusion. Just care.

Both matter. Both are why we're here.

Why Now

Because we're tired of healthcare feeling like it was designed against us. The endless forms. The confusing bills. The test results that might as well be in another language. The feeling that you're bothering someone when you ask a question.

We're going to learn a lot. Some things will work perfectly. Some won't. We'll move fast, stay honest, and keep building based on what actually helps. This isn't a finished product wrapped in a bow. It's the start of something we're figuring out together.
